Knuckles (Isabella Pizza Cutter) was commissioned by one of Bravo’s reality cooking show, Top Chef contestants, Mike Isabella. Isabella commissioned the cutter after getting a pizza cutter tattoo (design based on Flood’s work) on his forearm in commemoration of the opening of one his restaurants in Washigton D.C. Flood and Isabella used social media and smart phone photography to communicate on the design and progress of the commissioned piece.
