These ideas have stemmed from observations of hot rod culture and the recreation of new unique forms out of preexisting mass-produced forms. The chopped beetle that I have been working on represents these ideas with the use of Ford model A parts being combined with existing Volkswagen parts to create a new form that is truly one of a kind.
